401(k) Retirement Plan

Insurance Plans

  • Dental

    IFMC's goal to promote health and well being for its employees includes a dental plan that helps to pay for a wide range of dental services. This program is designed to encourage regular, preventative treatment, and reduce dental care costs that can often be high-priced.

  • Medical

    IFMC offers health care plans to help protect employees and their families from high medical costs and the financial burdens that may accompany a serious illness or injury. These plans include coverage for doctor visits, hospitalization, prenatal programs, and prescription drug programs.

  • Pre-tax Insurance Accounts

    IFMC is dedicated to helping employees make the most of their insurance efforts. To help accomplish this, IFMC has accounts in place that allow employees to pay their portion of group health and dental insurance premiums on a pre-tax basis. Because the taxable income is reduced, IFMC employees using this program have more take home pay.

  • Life Insurance

    IFMC knows that employees need to feel confident that their loved ones will be provided for in the unfortunate event of death. IFMC offers life insurance to help employees plan for their survivor's financial security and welfare.

Reimbursement Accounts

  • Medical Reimbursement Account

    IFMC's medical reimbursement account provides the opportunity to pay out-of-pocket medical expenses on a pre-tax basis and reduce taxable income.

  • Dependent Care Reimbursement Account

    To help employees lift the burden of rising dependent care costs, IFMC has a dependent care reimbursement account where money can be set aside to pay for dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis. An added benefit from this account option is that the taxable income is reduced.

  • Tuition Reimbursement

    IFMC is eager to promote education for its employees. To facilitate this endeavor, IFMC offers a tuition reimbursement program that allows employees to receive a percentage of reimbursement for college level job-related courses and other courses that may be required for a degree program.

Time Benefits

  • Regular Business Hours

    IFMC standard business hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. IFMC full-time employees enjoy the refreshing schedule of working just 7.5 hour days for a total of only 37.5 hours per week.

  • Flexible Schedules

    Time is of the essence and IFMC takes into account that employees need to spend time outside of the company as well as within. At IFMC, schedules can be adjusted for varied beginning and ending work times to meet this objective and allow for employee needs.

  • Holidays

    Holidays are important events in the lives our employees and IFMC wants its employees to be able to spend them at their leisure. IFMC employees typically enjoy 10 paid holidays per year.

  • Vacation

    IFMC responds positively to the fact that employees work better when they have energy and enthusiasm. IFMC regular, full-time employees are eligible to accrue vacation time based on hire date and length of service. Vacation time allows employees to return to work invigorated and recharged.

  • Other Time Considerations

    At IFMC, we understand there are a number of situations that may prevent an employee from attending work. IFMC provides time off for illness, personal time, funerals, and more. These considerations are in place to make the work environment conducive to daily life.

    The well being and health of IFMC employees is vital to our success. IFMC makes an employee assistance program available at no cost. This service offers confidential telephone counseling and referral services on a broad range of issues.

  • Company Events

    IFMC strives to provide a valuable workplace for employees. IFMC has a Recognition Team that coordinates and hosts a variety of company events throughout the year. These events include luncheons, appreciation events, community service, and more, so that employees are able to spend quality time with co-workers.
