IFMC Community Initiative Seeks Grant Proposals

IFMC Community Initiative, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization established by the Iowa Foundation for Medical Care, is seeking grant proposals for programs that focus on - but are not restricted to - the following areas:

  • Education - The IFMC Community Initiative supports efforts that ensure students access to a quality education. Preference is given to institutions of higher education, particularly in the field of health care.
  • Health - The IFMC Community Initiative is committed to supporting programs that seek to improve and assure access to quality health care.
  • Community - The IFMC Community Initiative is committed to improving communities where we live or do business through civic, cultural, and environmental programs that strengthen our communities.

Organizations interested in applying for funding should review eligibility requirements, learn about the application process and submit letters of intent by going to www.ifmc.org and clicking on "IFMC Community Initiative." Deadline to submit letters is July 23, 2007.
